In the recent years, HIS has achieved a lot of recognition within the island. The parents and students are pleased with the overall performance of the institute. HIS always look forward towards the feedback we receive from the parents and students for the betterment of the school.
HIS became a center for the SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) exams in the year 2017-18. Almost 15 students registered in the first session of the exam. Until now HIS has hosted 3 sessions of SAT examination.
HIS started a partnership with British Council in the year 2018-19 and is now recognized as a center for IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Exams. We are encouraging our high school students to participate in this examination and enhance their routes towards a better future. In the last academic year 2018-19 around 37 students appeared in the IELTS exam and have scored an average of 6.25 out of Bandwidth 9.
HIS has received MSA-CESS (Middle States Association Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools) accreditation in the year 2018-19.
HIS received accreditation from the Cambridge and introduced Cambridge curriculum for grades K-8 from the academic year 2018-19.Earlier this year, the school has implemented IGCSE curriculum for grade 9.
